My clinical approach is grounded in extensive experience across diverse settings, including private practice, hospitals, community services, research, and university clinics. Over the years, I have honed my skills in working therapeutically with children, young people, couples and families. My work has encompassed complex multidisciplinary psychological assessments, facilitating group programs, and providing long-term tailored therapeutic support.
I hold a particular interest in trauma, with a focus on the enduring impacts of childhood experiences and attachment, and the complexities of relational safety. I am committed to helping individuals understand the relational patterns that shape their lives, and to supporting meaningful change through curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based strategies.
Neurodevelopmental differences can also shape our lives in enduring ways and, through many years of working alongside and completing formal assessments with children and young people, I have deepened my abilities in observing and detecting the patterns that indicate neurodivergence (whether that's ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or language differences). I particularly enjoy helping neurodivergent young people own their differences, find the right environments for them, and develop confidence in their uniqueness.
In addition, I bring a strong interest in working with couples, supporting them to identify and shift patterns of disconnection, conflict, or miscommunication. Whether the goal is to deepen understanding, strengthen connection, or rebuild intimacy, I provide a supportive, structured, and empathetic space to navigate the complexities of relationships.
It is a privilege to work alongside others as they navigate developmental, emotional, and relational challenges. I have witnessed how timely and thoughtful intervention can alter the trajectory of a person’s life, fostering resilience, growth, and well-being, and it's the most rewarding part of what I do.
My empathy is deeply personal. Having a sibling who lives with a progressive disability has taught me about presence, grounding and finding meaning in the small moments - values I bring into every therapy relationship.
Outside of the therapy room, I love soaking up the sunshine, and being outdoors with my family. I’m still a work in progress and continue to search for that perfect balance of work and play - but I also think that’s part of the beauty of life: moving through it imperfectly, with all its twists and turns.
I am an AHPRA endorsed Clinical Psychologist (PSY0002271722).
I completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney and my bachelor degree in Psychology at Macquarie University, Sydney.
I’m passionate about supporting other psychologists who are developing their skills. As a board-approved supervisor, I assist early-career clinicians to build confidence and find their authentic voice, whether through pathway or registrar programs, or beyond.
